What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone, optional message, and technical metadata tied to that request.

Technical metadata

We store IP address and available coarse geolocation headers (country, region/state, city) plus request metadata (referrer, landing path, user agent, UTM attribution) for operations, abuse controls, and marketing analysis.

Analytics

We use Plausible analytics with first-party proxying through our own domain. We track page views and on-site interaction events. We do not use ad-network pixels.

How data is used

Contact submissions are used to review inbound interest and respond directly. Submission notifications are sent to legal@unbarredlaw.com.

No automated customer emails

Form submissions do not trigger auto-reply campaigns. Follow-up is manual.

Data storage and security

Submission records are stored in Supabase with access controls. Operational email alerts are sent through Resend.
